The Restaurant offers typical dishes in the Marche tradition, according to the season, some with personal twists and some completely new and mouth-watering. Most of the ingredients are from the surrounding farmland. The fresh pastas, desserts and crescia (flat-bread) are all home-made; everything else is produced by local, independent, traditional producers. A typical menu includes dishes made with organic pasta from the local agricultural cooperative, “La Terra e il Cielo” (“The Earth and the Sky”) as well as meat sourced from the regional Marche meat cooperative with full certification of quality and rearing. The spacious and comfortable restaurant is open summer and winter and can also be booked for banquets, birthday parties, weddings, or any occasion to delight the palette and the soul, with our beautiful vistas of the surrounding countryside.
